1. General provisions
1.1 The online store at www.beli.pl conducts commercial activities in the sale of hosiery. The www.beli.pl store conducts mail order sales in the territory of the Republic of Poland, as well as in European Union countries. The owner of the online store www.beli.pl is the company Beli Paulina Sadłecka, whose registered office is at the following address:

1.2 Contact by phone: 606 842 190 , as well as by e-mail kontakt@beli.pl with the shop is possible from Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 16:00.
1.3 The prices of the products presented by the store are given in Polish zlotys. Prices do not include shipping costs, which are added at the time of ordering.
1.4 Placing an order in the store www.beli.pl is tantamount to accepting the conditions set out in these regulations.
2. Submission and execution of orders
2.1 The products presented on the website www.beli.pl can be ordered by:
- clicking the "add to cart" icon next to the product and filling in the registration form
- contact with the store by e-mail at the address kontakt@beli.pl
- telephone contact 606 842 190 on weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. / 4:00 p.m.
2.2 If the registration form (which requires basic personal data of the buyer, necessary for the verification and confirmation of the order) is filled in incorrectly, or the e-mail is incomprehensible, such orders will not be processed.
2.3 Upon notification of the willingness to purchase a given product, the buyer receives a confirmation of the fulfillment of his order by e-mail within two working days from the moment of placing the order. The confirmation contains the order number, the list of ordered goods, the amount, the address and the bank account number to which the calculated sum should be paid, with the title " Payment for the order number XXX ...", where the order number is attached to the e-mail confirming the order.
2.4 The order will be shipped within 5 working days after receiving confirmation from our bank about the receipt of money from you.
2.5 The ordering party has five days to make a payment to the store's account. Failure to pay on the fifth day means that the ordering party resigns from the will to execute the order. Such an order is automatically canceled.
2.6 The ordered goods are delivered to the customer by (optional):

4. Returns and complaints
4.1 The ordering party is obliged to check the delivered goods. If it is mechanically damaged, not in accordance with the ordered type or quantity, the Ordering Party should immediately notify the Seller in writing (by completing the form on the store's website www.beli.pl/wroty/), by phone 606842190, or by post.
4.2 The time of return of the ordered goods is 14 days, which is included in Article 10 of the Act 1 (Act of March 2, 2000 on the protection of consumer rights and liability for damage caused by a dangerous product (Journal of Laws of March 31, 2000 .).
4.3 Exchanges, returns and complaints should be sent to the following address:

4.4 A refund in the event of a complaint or product return will be made within a maximum of 14 days.
5. Personal data protection
The processing of the Buyer's personal data takes place under the terms of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679
of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (hereinafter: "GDPR") and the Act of May 10, 2018 on protection of personal data.
Beli Paulina Sadłecka declares that she is the administrator of personal data within the meaning of the GDPR, and that personal data is processed only for the purpose and scope related to the sale of goods.
The administrator collects and processes personal data of Buyers on the basis of the following legal grounds:
consent - i.e. voluntary consent to the processing of data (Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR), e.g. based on the additional consent of Bela Paulina Sadłecka, may collect additional, optional data for profiling, for marketing purposes, for the purpose of sending information about new products, services and promotions offered by the Store. The consent may be withdrawn at any time. Such withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of data processing prior to the withdrawal of consent;
statutory requirements - i.e. the need for the Administrator to fulfill legal obligations resulting from the provisions of generally applicable law (Article 6 (1) (c) of the GDPR);
legitimate interests of the administrator - i.e. the need to implement the legitimate interests of the Administrator, in particular it may be direct marketing of products or services - (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR).
Personal data may not be stored longer than necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were collected.
Before starting data processing, the Administrator will take technical measures
and organizational measures aimed at securing the entrusted personal data against their disclosure to unauthorized persons, removal by an unauthorized person, processing in violation of the Act, as well as change, loss, damage or destruction.
Each Buyer has the right to access their personal data, correct them, request the cessation of the processing of their data, object to the processing of their data, correct their data, limit data processing, the right to request the transfer of data and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority which is the President of the Data Protection Office.

Personal data processing requests are dealt with immediately, within a maximum of one month.
Each Buyer also has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body. Such a complaint should be sent to the following address:

The Buyer's personal data without express, separate consent or the resulting obligation
from generally applicable law will not be transferred to third countries and to entities processing personal data outside the European Economic Area.
